This unique and upscale straw bale-constructed guest house on winery grounds is filled with delightful surprises, from the stone-carved walls to the beautiful artwork and furnishings. The fantastic view from the deck includes our vineyards and a view of Iron Mountain. Located in the heart of wine country, there are many wineries, including our own, that you can visit in Ramona. You can expect to see the sun almost every day of the year in Ramona. Winter and fall days typically range in the low 60’s to mid 70’s and the summers are typically upper 80’s, mid 90’s on some days. Evenings in the winter are cool. Each phase of the year in the vineyard is lovely, from bare vines in the winter until pruning, when everything leafs out and turns green. Summertime has full growth and the different phases of the grapes growing and changing colors.
